As we are now entering Flu season, we are now able to book Flu vaccines for our patients.

Please call Chiswick Health Practice if you fall into the eligible groups below:

– If you are aged 65 or over

– Keyworker/Carer (aged 18 and over and our patient only)

– If you 18 and over, think you are eligible for an NHS Flu vaccine, please call to check and book.

– Housebound Patients are having their Flu Vaccines done by a separate team (The Roving Team), who come out to the Patients home.

We cannot directly book into them and we cannot provide information regarding timings, appointment date etc.

They will contact the patient directly, based on contact number provided on NHS record.

– 2-3 years old Nasal Flu Vaccines

children aged 2 or 3 years on 31 August 2025 (born between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2023)
