Outstanding Results for Chiswick Health Practice in the National Patient Survey

We are pleased to announce that Chiswick Health Practice placed 895th out of 6209 GP practices in the country , in the recent National Patient Survey. With an overall score of 89.09% , for overall Patient Experience and Satisfaction . 

This high score also placed us amongst the top 15 amongst the  350 GP practices within the North West London area. An incredible achievement during challenging times in the health care system
