The Passing of a Colleague

Dear Patients and Colleagues,

It is with great sadness, that we share the passing of Dr Ruth Heinsheimer.

Many of our long standing patients and colleagues, may remember her as a familiar face of Chiswick Health Practice.

For over 41 years, she helped and supported patients and people of Chiswick.

She will be fondly remembered by many as a GP, friend and colleague.

Please be patient with us on the Tuesday 19th August.
